Service Type

Standard Shipping Only. Orders are dispatched via FedEx from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Fees & Tax Policies

For the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU Countries, and Selected Southeast Asia Regions:

• Orders under $99: Shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied.
• Orders of $99 or above: Enjoy FREE Shipping & Delivery.
• SigilVentus covers all import taxes and duties.

For Other Countries/Regions:

• Orders under $99: Shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied.
• Orders of $99 or above: Enjoy FREE Shipping.
• Import taxes, duties, or customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Processing Time

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days after processing.
• Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs or regional logistics.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
