Shipping Questions
If you are unable to select a shipping method, please contact us at support@sigilventus.com to arrange delivery to your region.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Contact us at support@sigilventus.com as soon as possible.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If not, contact support@sigilventus.com.
Return & Refund Questions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, only for products with non-human quality issues.
Yes, if the product is completely unopened and unused, you may return it at your own cost (including shipping and customs duties). A refund will be issued after we inspect and confirm the product is in original condition.
Yes, if the product has been used and shows a fixable quality issue, you may request a return for a 50% refund. Return shipping must be covered by the customer.
You’ll receive a full refund (100%) if the product is unused and severely defective. Sigilventus will cover the return shipping cost.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Warranty Questions
Yes, all products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
It covers manufacturing defects, and includes free replacement parts and repairs.
Damage from misuse, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Once approved, replacements ship within 5 business days. Refunds are also processed in 5 business days.
