3. Return Period: All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

4. Gift Items: If your order included free gifts, they must also be returned to receive a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: 

Standard shipping fees for orders under $99 are non-refundable.

Expedited and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
