Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our customer service at support@sigilventus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Conditions for Returns

• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be in the original packaging.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
